What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is 13.00 USD.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery. If your order contains multiple items that are shipped separately, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items and contact us.
Did my order go through?
An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail, and add order@beachlifestyle.store to your contact book for future purchases. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!
How do I use a discount code?
The discount code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it typically takes between 1 to 3 business days to process. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. After processing, your order is sent to our trusted print providers for production.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our services to include international shipping in the near future.
What shipping methods are available and how long do deliveries take?
Shipping methods and delivery times vary based on your location and the print provider handling your order. During the checkout process, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times can be influenced by factors such as weather, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Are there any shipping costs?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. Currently, we only ship domestically but are working to expand our shipping services to international destinations in the near future.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received the refund, please contact us at order@beachlifestyle.store.
